Sealcoating

Sealcoating of your asphalt surface significantly beautifies and, more importantly, protects your investment. Studies show that periodic sealcoating can increase asphalt lifetime by six to ten times, as compared to a do-nothing approach. Asphalt sealants are not created equally. There is a wide range of quality on the market today. In combination with superior application techniques, Jet-Black uses the toughest industrial grade asphalt sealants in the world.

Crack Repair

Structural cracking of your asphalt surface can be devastating to its long term viability. While cracks in asphalt are inevitable, proper repair will limit the damage and prevent further degradation (like potholes). Jet-Black’s industrial grade, hot rubber crackfiller is heated to 400 degrees and poured into structural cracks. The specialized rubber remains pliable in cold temperatures, preventing water penetration and further damage from freeze/thaw cycles. Routing of cracks is available in some markets.

Pavement Markings

Professional line striping is a must for most commercial asphalt owners or managers. Nothing tops off a newly ‘Jet-Black-ed’ parking lot like fresh line striping. Your local Jet-Black operator can include professional pavement markings in your free estimate. Line striping, numbering, arrows, curb painting, stencils, handicap requirements and more are standard.

Hot Asphalt Repair

Sooner or later you will encounter problems with your asphalt surface that can not be solved with sealcoating and crack repair. Potholes are a serious liability and an ugly eye sore. Potholes and severely cracked areas need to quickly be repaired to prevent expansion of the damage, which will eventually require expensive replacement of your entire asphalt surface. Solutions include cold patching, hot asphalt overlays, hot asphalt cut-out repairs, and infrared repairs (participating locations).
